THE LITTER "Distortions" (Get Hip Archive Series GHAS—5020)
Brand new limited edition LP pressed on 180gram RED & BLACK SPLATTER VINYL.
Seldom was an LP so aptly titled! Originally released on Warick in 1967, this was the debut album from the now-legendary Minneapolis garage band, and although largely ignored in their time, the band have since attained legendary status among collectors of rare 60s garage punk, best known for their stand-out anthem "Action Woman", written by their producer Warren Kendrick (who was also working with The Electras in the same period)—thanks to the live and supremely overloaded production, every cut burns with an unusual intensity as the group thunder through cuts by their favourite British Invasion bands including The Who, Small Faces, Yardbirds, Cream and The Spencer Davis Group.
Brand new and unplayed, factory-sealed from new with bio insert!
