Includes inner cutout sheet and psychedelic inner sleeve!!!
Does not appear to be a wide spine, but very early edition in nice shape!

COVER in VG with corner wear, creasing along seam, corner crease on upper right corner, spine has chipping where title is, not quite readable, still solid.
INNER CUTOUT SHEET in VG+ condition
INNER PSYCHEDELIC RECORD SLEEVE in VG with some rubbing at opening, yellowing.
