Up for auction is Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers 'A Night In Tunisia' Music Matters SRX vinyl 33 1/3 RPM 180g LP NEW MINT Sealed. Condition is "New".
This is a new copy of the very limited run Music Matters SRX series of Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers' classic 1961 Blue Note release 'A Night In Tunisia', in stereo, remastered by Kevin Gray in 2019 on the low noise SRX vinyl formulation. This is considered an artistic peak for Art Blakey and his amazing set of sidemen including Wayne Shorter and Lee Morgan, both who contributed writing credits to songs on this record along with their usual stellar playing.
I've included a number of pics of the sides and corners, with no seam splits, but there is a 4 inch long opening along the bottom edge of the shrink (please see pic of the bottom edge). Aside from this separation, the shrink has not been opened and the record never removed or played. Will be very carefully packed and shipped $5.00 flat rate with FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery to the lower 48 states, any additional shipping for other destinations will be determined at end of auction.
