               CLIFFORD BROWN With Strings EmArcy LP MG-36005 1st Pressing 1955 Mono Deep Groove

  You're bidding on a Original 1st Pressing of the classic Jazz Album: CLIFFORD BROWN With Strings issued on
 the EmArcy label MG-36005 by Mercury Records in 1955. 1st pressings are denoted by the logo on the labels. 
 1st Pressings do Not feature "Mercury's Torch" at the bottom of the EmArcy logo. All subsequent pressings
 include the Torch. The Record is in VG+ condition. Visually, it looks excellent with just a few light hairline marks
 and no scuffs. The 1st track is the noisiest with 2 pops and 2 ppfftt's in the first minute. The rest of the album plays
 nice and warm with No groove distortion and only some light crackle in spots. A very enjoyable listen.  I'd grade 
 the Cover VG+ due to the oxidation of the laminated cover slick which causes White Splotches underneath. 
 A small section of laminate is separating from the top left corner and the bottom right corner. The back Cover has 
 browned a bit over the years but there are No splits or tears and the corners are in nice shape. Comes with it's 
 original rice paper inner sleeve.
