Brand new limited edition 7" pressed on MARBLED YELLOW VINYL.
The Sons Of Adam evolved out of The Fender IV, a primarily instrumental surf-rock band, originally based in Baltimore, but relocating to Los Angeles in late '63. After 2 commercially unsuccessful 45s for Decca, drummer Mike Stuart (pre-Love) and guitarist Randy Holden (pre-Other Half, Blue Cheer etc) quit: with replacements Randy Carlisle and Craig Tarwater (pre-Daily Flash), the band recorded this final, incredible 45. The topside was given to the band by Arthur Lee (Love), while the dynamic flip was written and sung by bassist, Mike Port. Sadly, the 45 disappeared without much of a trace, until it was rediscovered in the late 70s and comped on the 2nd volume of the legendary Pebbles series.
