This is an early 1970's UK Double LP pressing. It has a heavyweight fully laminated gatefold sleeve. It has the sleeve opening at the side. It has an embossed "The Beatles" on the front. It is numbered (No. 236878). The sleeve has a Mono/ Stereo catalogue number printed on the spine. Both the records come with their original generic "Apple Records" company paper inner sleeve. This copy comes complete with its original giant fold-out lyric/ picture poster. It comes with all 4 portrait photos. These are printed on glossy photo paper. The records have lighter green Apple labels. The matrix numbers and mother stampers are as follows:

Side 1: YEX 709-1 (GPO 5)
Side 2: YEX 710-1 (GHO 2)
Side 3: YEX 711-1 (RAD 4)
Side 4: YEX 712-1 (GTO 5)


Gatefold Sleeve: There is some light, mild or very mild rubbing wear on the sleeve opening edges on some areas. This doesn't really notice that much. There is some light, very mild or very minor rubbing wear to the corner tips. There is a small & light crease in one corner tip area. There is some light, very mild or very minor ringwear. Very Good++ condition

Vinyl 1: There are some light, mild or very mild sleeve rubs which can only be seen under a strong light. There is one very light 2.5 cm hairline surface mark, & one light 1 cm hairline surface mark. These do not notice that much under a strong light. The paper inner sleeve, over time, has left some light, very mild or very minor dull surface marks on some areas. These, again, can only be seen under a strong light. Very Good++ condition. The labels are in Near Mint condition & show next to no spindle wear. The "Apple" company paper inner sleeve is in Near Excellent condition. There is some light or very mild ringwear & fading. There are no seam splits.
I have fully play tested this LP. It plays Excellent to Excellent+ overall. A great audio copy!

Vinyl 2: As stated, there is a small jump near the start of "Cry Baby Cry" on Side 4. When examining the vinyl under a strong light, I can't see anything to actually cause this. Therefore, it is possible that it might not jump on another system. It does on mine. There are no other jumps.
Visually, the disc looks nice & clean. There are some light, mild or very mild sleeve rubs which can only be seen under a strong light. The paper inner sleeve, over time, has left some light, very mild or very minor dull surface marks on some areas. These, again, can only be seen under a strong light. There is one very light 3.5 cm hairline surface mark on Side 3. The disc looks Very Good++, but because of the small jump om Side 4, I will only grade as Good condition. The labels are in Near Mint condition & show next to no spindle wear. The "Apple" company paper inner sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear & fading. There are no seam splits.

I have fully play tested this LP. As stated, there is a small jump near the start of "Cry Baby Cry" on Side 4. Please do not bid if this would bother you. Otherwise, It plays Excellent to Excellent+ overall.

The Poster is in Near Excellent condition. There is some light, mild or very mild handling creases on some areas. There are no seam splits or tears etc... It has never been put on a wall.
All 4 Portrait are in Excellent condition. They show minimal wear. Again, they have never been stuck to a wall.
