This is a UK original LP pressing. It has a heavyweight matt gatefold sleeve which has the sleeve opening at the inner gatefold. The sleeve is printed by "Shorewood Packaging Co...". It comes with both its original picture/ Information inner sleeves. These are printed on card. Both the records also come with their original company plain paper "Inner" inner sleeves. The records are pressed on thick vinyl & have A2/ B1/ C2/ D2 matrix stampers. "Rolling Stones Records" is etched in the dead wax on all four sides. There are no postcards. A genuine UK 1st pressing.


Gatefold Sleeve: There is a 15 cm tape or sticker rip along the bottom edge of the inner gatefold (see photo). Obviously it hasn't torn through the sleeve. There is also a small finger tip sized rip at the top edge of the inner gatefold (see photo). There is some light, mild or more moderate rubbing wear to both spine edges on some areas. There is light, mild or very mild rubbing wear to the bottom edge. Very Good condition

Vinyl 1: This record was kept in an outer clear PVC sleeve for some time. This, over time, has reacted with the vinyl & left some moderate to considerable PVC dull surface mark/ streaks over most of Side 2. There are next to none on Side 1. The surface marks do not affect playback at all. Otherwise, there are some light, mild or very mild sleeve rubs which can only be seen under a strong light. Side 1 is in Very Good++ condition. Side 2, because of the PVC marks, is in Good condition. Overall, Good++ condition. The labels are in Excellent+ condition & show minimal spindle wear. The picture/ information inner sleeve is in Very Near Excellent condition. There is some light, very mild or very minor rubbing wear on the bottom edge on a few areas. There are no seam splits. The original company paper "inner" inner sleeve is in very good condition. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear, fading & creasing. There are no seam splits.
I have fully play tested this LP. It plays Very Good+ to Near Excellent overall & Excellent in many places. There is some light, mild or very mild crackle in some quieter places.

There is some light, very mild or very minor rubbing wear on the bottom edge on a few areas. There is some light or very mild ringwear. There are no seam splits. The original company paper "inner" inner sleeve is in very good+ condition. There is some light or very mild ringwear, fading & creasing. There are no seam splits.

Overall, this double LP is a very reasonable audio copy. I shall place the vinyl into a separate plain paper inner sleeve. This will protect the original inner sleeves from any damage during transit.
