MEGA RARE original Indianapolis RCA black label PROMOTIONAL first gatefold pressing from 1979 with NOT FOR SALE DEMONSTRATION stamp on the front cover, original printed inner sleeve with complete lyrics and rectangular "postcard" hype sticker with complete track listing affixed to the cover (exclusive to promo copies - stock copies had this sticker affixed to the shrink wrap)!!!  LP is a gorgeous near mint minus.  Cover is VG+ with a small 1" seam at the bottom middle on the front gatefold only.
