Below are the only 4 negative feedbacks I have received in the past 16 years.  Sometimes I did get it slightly wrong, but I always put it right, and I certainly learned from all of these!….(The notes below  include my officially submitted responses)

1. "Item description not correct, I will use buyer protection program to return it.”

"Buyer agreed to revise feedback after the misunderstanding but missed the deadline.” 

Please also note: This buyer received a prompt full refund.  And the final buyer was very pleased with it and left me positive feedback.

2. "All the pieces on this NIKON are not originals…”.  (They were, actually!)

"Thank you. ALL was genuine Nikon but with a superior Nikon replacement eyepiece due to the loss of the original eyepiece”

(I genuinely forgot that I had lost the original plastic Nikon eyepiece, and replaced it with a superior, larger, genuine Nikon eyepiece to replace it. The buyer was happy in the end!)

3. "Condition of book was VERY bad, but not shown on the pictures. 3 Missing plates.”
