This is a joblot sale of mixed elvis records all items have been removed from properties via our property clearance team as such the items are in different states of life this will include some scratching damage to sleeves/records etc. please see all photos for more details.

Our history 

We are a Uk based house clearance company established over twenty years ago in the Southwest of England, we clear approximately 1500 properties a year as such we see every type of item you can imagine, eBay forms a small percentage of our business and the items sold will either be of a clients nature or form part of the company sales. Because of this the majority of our items unless specified on our listing are all previously used this means that items will show signs of previous use and have some age related marks any defects will be highlighted within this listing. We advise all our customers to check photos and ensure they are happy with the items before placing any bids or clicking buy it now. If the item is new this will be clearly shown within our listing a number of our items may be listed as new other, although we can not 100% guarantee this due to not being the original owner, we have listed it in this way in good faith. The following is our standard terms of purchase, to include order processing and handling times, please note that not all items are located within the same area because of this some items have different dispatch and handling times.

Order Processing and Shipment

Auction items 

All auction items listed in our Custom label SKU as Z1 or R1 will be dispatched within 72 hours* from date of purchase. The majority of our auction items normally go live on a Wednesday (R1) and Thursday (Z1) of each week. As such, we will try to dispatch items within two working days of payment being made to keep a fast efficient service for all our customers. PLEASE NOTE OUR LISTINGS ARE CODED INTERNALLY AS SUCH YOU WILL NOT SEE R1 OR Z1 BUT THESE ARE LISTED ON THE DAYS MENTIONED ABOVE.

Buy it now items

Please note due to the location of some of our buy it now items our dispatch times for these items differ depending on location. These items are either dispached within 72 hours* or if located in our warehouse dispatched within 5 days* of your payment. This is down to a number of factors, our eBay team work from multiple locations with some long term items being stored in our wearhouse which is not manned 100% of the week. For more information about dispatch time please see full details on our individual listings. Or contact us for more information. Where possible we will strive to dispatch these items ahead of time.

Item Delivery

We use a number of different shipping options depending on the size and value of our items, our standard method of shipping is either inPost, EVRi or UPS. On occasion we will use other delivery companies due to size restraints or location difficulties. 

Small items

For all our small low value item delivered within the UK we use either inPost or EVRi all items are delivered with tracking which will be provided at the time of dispatch. This service is normally a three to five day service depending on location and demands on their service. We will only dispatch items to the address provided at the time of check out. Please note once the item has been dispatched we have no control over the estimated delivery date. Depending on the service some customers may be able to change delivery times/dates themselves using the provided tracking number. These times frames are to be used as an estimate only some services may be effected due to staff shortages. 

Large items 

For all our Larger items and some items of a smaller higher valued nature delivered within the UK will be sent using our UPS service. All items are delivered with tracking, which will be provided at the time of dispatch. This service is normally a two to three day service depending on location and demands on their service at the time of dispatch. We will only dispatch items to the address provided at the time of check out. Please note once the item has been dispatched we have no control over the estimated delivery date. Depending on the service some customers may be able to change delivery times/dates themselves using the provided tracking number. These times frames are to be used as an estimate only some services may be effected due to staff shortages. 

International orders 

For all International orders we use eBay's Global shipping program (GSP), unless stated on our listings, We will not send items using any other method once the buyer clicks purchase all GPS pricing is set by eBay as such we have no control over the prices charged to get the item to your destination. Dispatch and postage methods to the GPS centre will follow our standard UK methods. 

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of original purchase. In order to request a return/refund, contact ukoverstock Customer Service via eBay and we will endeavour to reply within one to two working day Monday-Friday. Reimbursement will be issued within a two working day period of receipt and will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method. If your items arrived damaged please contact us and we will open a full investigation with our delivery company to support this we will ask you to provide details and photos of the damage to support your claim.We will only ever offer a refund on return of the item to our offices; we do not offer partial refunds for damaged items. The product must be returned along with any accessories to the returns address provided. All postage costs related to returns due to customer change or mind are to be covered by the buyer’s, until the returned item reaches us the sole responsibility for it remains with the buyer therefore we advise insuring the item to the value it cost when returning. 

Payments 

We accept payments on all listings via PayPal or eBay payment methods. 

With all our orders eBay orders we allow four days for payments to be made after this point eBay will automatically cancel your order and the item will be relisted. If you require more time to pay for your order please contact us at the time of making your order as we can add you to our needs additional time payment list.
