Limited edition of 500 copies released on the Sub Pop Records label in 2018, cat # SP 1250 Comes on opaque white vinyl with mask signed by the band, Sub Pop sticker and download card (unused but may not now work). Played only a couple of times and still in it's shrink, NM condition throughout.
