record is in very good condition. It has some faint spindle marks
visible on the labels but there are not an excessive amount. The centres show light wear but are not loose or worn. The label to side 2 is clear and bright. Side 1 is the same but it has a small 1cm section missing to the top edge, and a name in pen written on it.
the vinyl itself, both sides have nothing deep or that can be felt but do have some marks, light scratches and signs of use and age. It has a lovely lustre however and is certainly not battered. It does have a few light areas of ring wear showing though, a few other general light lines, and some more noticable, but light, 'zigzag lines/scuffs' to side 2. Overall a used vintage lp which has some signs of this to its playing surfaces, but also one that still has a nice lustre and is free of any deep or nasty marks/scratches. It would be a solid VG grade visually.
tested the record and it played well, with no major issues and was a nice tidy listen. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no movement in the record arm. The audio produced has no
excessive use and no
skips, sticks or annoying clicks. There was a small amount of surface noise in the run ins to each side, and the occasional light noise, but certainly nothing major or seriously disruptive. Overall a tidy listen and a very enjoyable one. It would grade higher audibly, than the VG visual grading.
The front laminated sleeve is in very good condition. It is solid all round with no splits or tears but does have signs of age and things to mention. Firstly there is a ring mark and some laminate creasing to the front. There is also a light ring mark and some age related discolouring to the rear. There is also a pencil mark to the rear top right area(see pics) and some heavier grubbiness just below this. The spine is all legible but there is some crumpling/bending to it in places. Overall a solid sleeve with no really nasty issues but one that has some signs of its age. Please study the pictures provided to
information as possible on its condition.
includes its original plain white inner which is solid but has some creasing, a tear/sction missing to the top, pen marking and signs of age. The record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement inner to ensure it remains clean and ready to play.
