Black Sabbath Master of Reality UK 1973 WWA 008 No Jacket Cover VG Vinyl LP. This is the version that came from the vertigo stampers with this in the deadwax:

Much of the record has VG+/excellent play back, but there is a little scratch on children of the grave, the last track on side one, and, as a result, you can hear 19 clicks during that song.
