VINYL: VG, an edge ward that causes a little static on the very beginnings of each side, but otherwise plays well with just occasional surface noise/light crackles.
SLEEVE: VG, corner/ring/seam wear, some minor staining, see photos.
Graded according to Goldmine standards and adapted to eBay's grading system. Every record gets a new poly outer sleeve and clean paper inner sleeve. All records packed carefully with pads in specialized cardboard mailers with the record outside the outer sleeve to avoid seam splits.
