The DEPECHE MODE record pictured is the actual item I am selling, I do not use stock pictures. 
Record grading is a proverbial minefield and different sellers use different scales. These are the vinyl grades that I try to adhere to:

MINT CONDITION - An record in mint/M condition will be perfect, usually sealed and always unplayed.

NEAR MINT - Near mint/NM condition records have been played no more than a few times and look like new with no visible marks.

EXCELLENT – Excellent/EX condition records may have very slight marks from where the record has been taken out of the sleeve, or very small signs that show a very light use of the vinyl. Hardly any (if any at all) lessening in terms of audio quality.

VERY GOOD PLUS – Records in VG+ condition have audibly very little (if any at all) lessening in terms of sound quality, and visually may show signs of light usage but nothing to impair an enjoyable listening experience.

VERY GOOD – Very good/VG grade means the record has some signs of usage but is still perfectly usable. It may have occasional very light clicks and pops as well as light visible scratches, but nothing overly serious. Audio quality may be slightly less than that of higher graded records, but not always.

GOOD/GOOD PLUS – Records in G/G+ condition have a lot of signs of usage but are still perfectly usable to most. They may have clicks and pops in paces as well as visible scratches, but nothing to cause the record to skip or jump. Audio quality will generally be less than that of higher graded records.
