Shipping All our items are prepared for dispatch within 48 hours of completing payment and international sales are only shipped via eBay Global Shipping.  Returns  We accept refunds, so long as it is within the 30 days from the date of purchase. To request a refund it will need to be done through eBay Refunds. Once the product has been returned to us and inspected the refund can be issued. Although many of our patients have cancer, we also care for people who have other life-limiting illnesses too. Our patients and their families are at the heart of everything we do, we believe in being there for all the family. ?
