I have taken many pictures of this record as seen above.
I use the record collector grading system of Bad / Poor / Good (G) / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
Please see below for grading details.
I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
A VG disc on this site will not be is nasty condition like many sellers.
All records are sent out in plastic covers.
I never ship records inside the picture covers or LP jackets.
THE POLICE
Zenyatta Mondatta.
This is was given by A&M records to a few staff members at CBS for help in 1980. The original owner of this record did not like the Police and left this stored in an LP box for 43 years. This example is like it just left the A&M factory last week!!!! 
I think this maybe the only example left in existence sealed with the A&M letter. This must be a grail for any Police fan. No other copies (I can see) have been sold with this letter and this example is totally factory sealed and in as new condition. 
The A&M letter is made from nice textured paper with embossed A&M logo at the top that I have tried to picture above.
I do not think you will ever see another like this example go up for sale again, a super item for a top end Police collector.
I will only post this via registered post due to how rare this is.
The Record / Never Played condition.
The Cover / Mint- condition. The shrink wrap is tight all over the cover and the cover is NOT warped. This really looks like a museum find!  ..............................................................................
I USE THE UK GRADING SYSTEM BELOW.
Mint - as new and in perfect condition.
Excellent - A real nice example with light wear only. An EX disc will play great and the cover will be very nice too.
Very Good - The disc will have light surface wear and some light marks. The record will still play very well but may have some surface sound and a little crackle as this is graded as VG. The cover will have some creasing and storage age wear.  The disc and cover will have no very serious faults. A VG disc and cover will also not be perfect!
Good / G condition - The disc will have very visible surface wear and light marks with some deeper marks. The cover will show much age wear and will not be the best example! The record will still play but will have surface sound and ticks etc.
Fair - This will be a tatty example of both disc and cover. The record will play with surface sound and noise. The cover will look tatty from age and storage wear.
Bad / Poor -This will be a badly worn example of both record and cover. The disc may jump or play with much surface sound. I would rarely sell an item like this.
