Tempted to call the jacket Near Mint, but it would have to be literally perfect for me to do that. This one is close though. Nice heavy gatefold jacket (total product weighs 364 grams). Vintage price tag ($4.67). Just one small tear in the shrink wrap upper right reverse side of jacket.
