CONDITION - We rate this record / album VG to EX+ and with a good cleaning could easily be EX+ to Near Mint.  There are some very light, minimal marks on record, but NO scratches and tested and there are NO skips!  The COVER is good with NO rips or tears, just pretty much typical wear from blemishing and use.  The Sleeve is regular original; NO rips.  Please see pictures.
