Just some shelf wear to this album holder, binding hinges and paper holders clean without any rips, tears or edge splits.
Comes with the 8 records that have been in there since I got this from my Grandparents.
Book and records are probably circa 1940s-1950s
This is fairly heavy with the records but will be carefully packaged!!
