I believe Herb was with Chris Hillman (The Byrds) in The Desert Rose Band.  This reminds me of The Eagles.
Guest appearances:  Linda Ronstadt, Dolly Parton, Lowell George, Johnny Rivers, etc
Vinyl:  A strong Excellent, clean and quiet with only super light sleeve scuffs.  Engineer (?)  put a "1" in a circle on the side 1.  Please see photos. 
Cardboard Sleeve:  VG.  A plain white sleeve with overall wear seen like soft corners, toning, storage rubs, ring wear, etc. 
Studio notes sheet: VG+ with toning, overall light wear.
Paper sleeve:  New replacement sleeve.
