This is a Keloggs cereal, mail in record for H.R. Pufnstuf. The mailer is in very good condition. with some splits ate the top where it was opened. The gatefold record holder is in excellent condition.The capitol record sleeve is in good condition with a little ring wear and a fold. The record has been played and has a few marks on it.
