This is a rare and valuable collectible 78 RPM box set of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 performed by the Philadelphia Orchestra conducted by Eugene Ormandy. The first pressing from 1945 comes in a cardboard sleeve and includes eight 12" black shellac records. The records have been graded as Very Good Plus (VG+) and the sleeve as Excellent (EX). The set includes a catalog number MM-591 and is an incredible addition to any classical music lover's vinyl collection.
