12" vinyl LP record by Pyrexia titled "Gravitas Maximus" from 2022 on cream colored vinyl.  The record is on the Unique Leader Records label (Catalog #88697643861) with a gatefold jacket.
The record is new and sealed.  The upper right corner of the jacket has a small bump from shipping and is in M- condition.  (Please see photos for greater detail.)  The record itself is presumed to be in M condition!

Record will be shipped in a cardboard mailer.  I grade vinyl using Goldmine standards as a guide and Near Mint is my highest grade for preowned vinyl.  I am a longtime record collector (not a store), and I ship Monday-Friday.  I have only one copy of most items in my inventory.
Please know that vinyl is an imperfect medium, and new vinyl (especially colored vinyl and picture discs) can be subject to minor surface noise and/or imperfections.  I rate sealed vinyl "mint" but, as any seasoned record buyer knows, pressing quality will vary.
