The Beatles "Abbey Road". LP 1969_Apple PCS 7088_ 1st UK Pressing. Rare
Great album by the Great Beatles. This version is the "first version of the label with corrected cover": Dark green labels with a whole apple on side A and a half cut apple on side B. The labels have text ("EMI Record") on two lines and small text "33 1/3" offset to the left. The year of publication is marked with a small ℗ symbol. There is no mention of "Her Majesty" on the B-side label. The labels are quite dark, although the actual shade of green varies depending on the example. Supplied in a fully laminated cover with no flaps at the back. A drain hole is visible on the front cover, and the Apple logo is combined with text on the back cover.

And everything would be fine, but...there is one problem. That's why I didn't give the vinyl EX condition. Although in essence the record is exactly that. The thing is that in one place, on the last track of side 1, the sound gets stuck... Apparently there is a chip there, but it is so small that it is not visible even with a magnifying glass with high magnification. There may be dirt stuck in the groove. But anyway, I couldn't get rid of it. Thus, the price was significantly reduced. Otherwise great sound and great dynamics. Comes with white plain inner sleeve.. It has never been in a smoky room.
