Inner Sleeve: Not issued with inner sleeve but record has

 been stored in a generic polysleeve.

Outer Sleeve:  Very Good.

Made in England sticker attached to upper right front.edge.

The sleeve has surface, edge + corner wear, age stains,

scratches and creases.
