If you find multiple listings that interest you, we combine shipping! (updated terms 4/14/24 -- any questions, please reach out!)
$0.50 for each additional single LP, $0.25 for each additional single 45, and multiple lots quoted based on weight. Any further savings we get when printing the shipping label we pass along to you! In the past, we didn't offer combined shipping of 45s and LPs together, but we can now safely combine a mix of both. If eBay gives you the option to wait for the invoice that includes the combined shipping before paying, please so; otherwise, we will refund the difference. *The larger shipping cost will be used as the base shipping for a multi-listing purchase where applicable. We ship to the contiguous U.S. only, thank you.
Revised 4/26: Good morning - after fielding questions/offers last night for this listing it was replayed to dig a little deeper into the condition issues. It was determined that some of the skipping may not be a result of the pressing but rather the surface wear on the vinyl. As such I was going to take it down and keep it for myself but, since there is a lot of interest, I didn't just want to make it disappear without offering a last look to those interested. Skipping was noted at the end of Whole Lotta Love and the beginning of What Is And What Should Never Be (there may be other spots that was not caught on this second play testing because the record was stopped at this point). The jacket is in very nice shape. If you are still interested then the reduced price reflects these issues.
Original Description Below:
Led Zeppelin II LP on Atlantic label SD 8236 - First pressing ( RL / LH ) of this iconic album from 1969.
Condition Notes: 1. Vinyl has surface wear 2. Jacket is in remarkable condition with only light edge wear - has "10R" written on the back 3. Label is clean and free from writing 4. Plays with background noise and skips in some spots - this may be what is supposed to happen, not entirely sure (see below taken from Discogs website). However, there is one main spot at the end of the first track and start of second track on Side One where there are a few consecutive skips.
Priced to reflect this condition, well below median sale price.
Please see pictures! We included photos of the "SS RL" and "SS LH" in the runouts for reference
From Discogs: "If this doesn't have "SS RL" and "SS LH" etched in the run-outs then it is a repress - remastered at Atlantic, rather than Sterling Sound.
Around 200,000ish pressings were done of Robert Ludwig's 'high mix' which, like Hendrix's 'Ladyland' 1st masters, caused some poor-quality phonograph needles to 'skip'. Thus, a repress ordered by Ertegün at Atlantic."
