From the book by J.R.R. Tolkien comes the Rankin/Bass production of the Hobbit on Disneyland records.  Released in 1977, this record includes dialogue and songs from the original motion picture soundtrack.  Included is a 12 page booklet. 
The record was play tested and is in great condition.  The jacket is also in very nice shape with some minimal corner wear. The spine is in nice condition as well.  Some yellowing on the last page of the booklet.  Please see pictures.
