Hard-to-find, long out of print on vinyl album by Burning Spear entitled "Harder Than The Best" from 1979.  It is on the Mango Records label (Catalog #MLPS-9567) and contains selections from "Marcus Garvey," "Garvey's Ghost," "Man In The Hills," "Live," and "Social Living."  There is a typo on the B-side label--it states "Civillize Reggae" instead of "Civilized Reggae"; also, some tracks are named differently on the labels than on the jacket.
The record has been fully play-tested.  Side A and most of Side B play M-; there is a tiny mark on the vinyl on "Old Marcus Garvey" that causes a brief crackling sound during playback.  This is a very minor flaw (to my ears); mostly it looks and plays beautifully!  I grade the vinyl EX (averaging out Side A [M-] and Side B [VG+]).  The jacket has light storage wear including slight corner bumps, minor ringwear, and a 2-1/2" crease on the back lower left corner (it's on the front as well, but not as noticeable).  It is a nice jacket in VG+ condition.  (Please see photos for greater detail.)  A very nice copy overall!

LP will be shipped outside the jacket in a cardboard record mailer.  I grade vinyl using Goldmine standards as a guide and Near Mint is my highest grade for preowned vinyl.  I am a longtime record collector (not a store), and I ship Monday-Friday.  I have only one copy of most items in my inventory.
Please know that vinyl is an imperfect medium, and new vinyl (especially colored vinyl and picture discs) can be subject to minor surface noise and/or imperfections.  I rate sealed vinyl "mint" but, as any seasoned record buyer knows, pressing quality will vary.
