Deep Purple Machine Head 1972 US Green WB Label Gatefold Warner No Barcode VG+

Cover: VG+. Light ringwear on top and bottom of front and back sleeves. Also, light general wear on front and back. Very beginning of paper loss on top(heaviest scuffs of the two) and bottom spines (about 4 inch area for each).Title spine is solid with minimal scuffing. Inside gatefold is nearly without issues except for a seam split where disc resides in middle of gatefold(2 1/.2 inch area).Tiny split at top right corner where disc is inserted(about 1/2 inch area). Otherwise, seams are pretty solid and corners are minimally worn. Original grey cardboard issue with artwork slicks applied on top.

Disc: VG+. Sides 1 and 2-under bright light-have about 20-ish small marks/hairline scratches over the surface of their respective sides. Lots of gloss. Audio: Side 1 VG+.Noise level from first needledrop at dead wax lead-in groove area is 2 out of 10 (10 being the worst) and remains so in between each track for the rest of the side.
Side 2:  VG+. Noise level  from first needledrop at dead wax lead-in groove area is just slightly more before "Smoke on The Water" than the previous side. A 3 out of 10 there because of 2-3 bits of intermittent low level crackle that occur before the guitar intro. Not too bad at all. After the conclusion of that track, the level is back down to 2 out of 10 for the remainder of the side and in between tracks.
