Still in shrinkwrap though it’s peeling n a few places. But it’s done its job, protecting the sleeve from shelf wear over the years. Minor scrapes and dings to lower left corner. Lightly dinged lower right corner. Light corner wear. A number written on the tree bark at top right. It blends in so well and the rest of the condition of the sleeve is so nice I’m calling it VG+. Strictly speaking the writing drops it to VG but I feel this is misleading in this case.

Record has been ultrasonically cleaned and placed in a new HDPE/rice paper anti-static sleeve (plain paper inner sleeve it is included).

Record grades VG. I play tested it. There is paper scuffing from the original inner sleeve and there are some hairlines on both sides. Minor crackles and pops here and there. Nothing too intrusive. No major scratches. No skips. There is a spot of something on the last track of side 1 that didn’t come off in the ultrasonic tank. It doesn’t affect play much—not sure I can pick it out without looking at the record spinning and when the needle hits it.

Smoke free home.

Record will be shipped with the new inner sleeve outside of the outer sleeve, all sandwiched between cardboard inserts in a new dedicated record mailer box.
