This is a 1968 uncommon 45 single by the Californian band "NO STRINGS ATTACHED" with the titles "Ghost Hunter" and "Leave My Baby Alone" Accent Records, very much a Fuzz Guitar, Garage Psych Band record.
I just listen to the record and it plays fine with no skips and minimal surface noise, a very fine copy of a very collectable record.
FYI, this record came out of a collection from a Storage unit in Las Vegas NV.
