This is a 1961 uncommon 45 single by the ROSIE and RON, "SO DEARLY/BRING ME HAPPINESS" put out by DONNA RECORDS
I just listen to the record and it plays fine with no skips and some light surface noise, I wish the label was in better condition with it being worn and portions missing and several names written on both sides of the label. If you are looking for a prime example of this 45, I would pass, however if you want one a serviceable example to play, this will work!
FYI, this record came out of a collection from a Storage unit in Las Vegas NV.
