From own collection. This album has been owned from new and been played once - having a clear out from own large collection. It is in (genuinely) near mint condition.
If you are looking you will know this is a very rare piece of vinyl as most copies will have been sold as cds. Check Discogs for its value.
This is a potential to get yourself (or a loved one) a bargain in time for Christmas.
