Back in 1968 I stashed some copies of records we were playing on the radio station, including the John D. Loudermilk song Indian Reservation by Don Fardon. It was a big hit, went to #20 in the U.S., #3 in UK. Then in 1971, the Raiders decided to record it. It was an even bigger hit, going to #1 on Billboard. I took a copy of that one home too. Never played them--they are virgin vinyl. I thought it would be fun to make them both available in such good condition for collectors. So here you go! The two hit version of The Lament of the Cherokee Indian Reservation, by Don Fardon and The Raiders! You'll have both to compare.
