Up for auction is an original 78 rpm record from John Lee Hooker.
Typically 78s are graded a little bit differently than 33s so rather than add to that confusion I usually just describe what I see and hear rather than assign a letter grade.
This record still retains about half of its original gloss with moderate fading. The surface has many scuffs and scratches but most are light. It does not have any cracks. It plays well without any skips or repeats and has some background hiss that does not overtake the music and a few crackles here and there.
Examination is performed under direct bright lighting. All items are packed very securely to minimize risk of damage during transit. Extra cardboard reinforcement and bubble wrap are used to keep things tight and well protected.
My goal is to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.
Shipping within the US will be $4 and shipping outside the US will be $22. I do combine shipping to save you money. Within the US it is $1 for each additional record. Outside of the US it is $4 for each additional record.
