We pride ourselves on auctioning only the highest grade records and items, you will not see anything listed here below EX+ condition, unles the item is extremely rare. You will not see worn covers, warped records or scratched records. We simply do not bother with them.

We list in many cases, 'Archived' & 'mint' condition items, we are able to source from private collections all over the UK. So we hope you can be put at ease that what you are bidding on is of the highest quality.

We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

THE VINYL   MINT-   INCREDIBLE  CONDITION

As you can see, this vinyl is the1st UK pressing with both matrix numbers in the dead wax -Stored from new this LP has seen TWO PLAYS AT BEST- IT IS IMMACULATE!  and remains in superb condition everywhere. And with the all important earliest 1U matrix numbers.

This first pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We are seing fewer and fewer copies of this LP, so rarely do we see a copy at all, let alone like this.

NO light spider lines around the centre hole, & no wear to the spindle hole whatsoever.

There is barely a hint of any light whisp and no hairlines! amazing, like new!  nothing that spoils the play and no bad marks or scratches anywhere!

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY COLLECTION. FINDING THESE FIRST PRESSES QUITE LIKE THIS IS BECOMING VERY HARD TO DO.

THE SLEEVE     EX STRONG   RARE FIRST EDITION SLEEVE

Correct  UK  FLAT MATT  FINISH SLEEVE  first issued earliest sleeve with SQUARE SPINE

By SHOREWOOD PACKAGING.. LATER 70s/80s SLEEVES WERE GLOSSY FINISH WITH ROUNDED/WHITE SPINE..(and re-issued on a CBS budget release) THESE SQUARE EARLIEST SLEEVES ARE VERY HARD TO FIND IN ANY CONDITION.

This is a super sleeve and has only little edge wear to report, we do not auction any sleeves that we deem to have 'bad wear' so rest assured you are looking at a sleeve of stunning condition..

A few light spider lines over the edges and some very very light ring press, but nothing that looks bad at all - there is corner rub on each corner and  a few little white spider lines over the spine edge

No powdery white ringwear and only some light ring press, and all edges are sharp with only a few sign of rub. some incidental spots of edge rub in a few places

The open edge remains in sharp condition with little hint of handling

The spine edge is  unmarked -one light dink on the top & bottom edge and a few spots of rub.
