very hard to find Van Halen Picture disc. W 8642 P. 1986 WEA Records. Printed and made in England. Songs are Dreams and Inside. Shaped like a rocket car. Measures 10" by 8" at its widest. Plastic sleeve is wrinkled but record in very good condition. There are a few very light scratches but looks pretty good to me. I'm not a record dealer and not sure what rpm this is. Collectors will know. happy to answer any questions.
