We pride ourselves on auctioning only the highest grade records and items, you will not see anything listed here below EX+ condition, unles the item is extremely rare. You will not see worn covers, warped records or scratched records. We simply do not bother with them.

We list in many cases, 'Archived' & 'mint' condition items, we are able to source from private collections all over the UK. So we hope you can be put at ease that what you are bidding on is of the highest quality.

We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

THE VINYL   EX+  PLAYS SUPERB

As you can see, this vinyl is the highly prized  1st UK pressing. ARCHIVED REVIEW copy this has been stored away ford ecades with only a FEW plays. 

This first pressing is IN SUCH GREAT SHAPE it is quite remarkable- Clearly unplayed for a very long time

There is some surplus wax around the spindle, and asides from a few light whisp lines and a couple of little hairlines the whole vinyl is quite something1

On playing through, asides from some light lead in static on the opening grooves, the whole LP played quite amazingly. A real sonic joy in fact. All quiet passages were superb and there were no unwanted noises or pops or jumps.

We also feel, that as this has been stored for so long, witha professional 'hoover clean' this will play even better!!!

OVERALL WE FEEL  IT IS IN EVERY WAY, AN OUTSTANDING VAULT COPY

THE SLEEVE     EX+ 

Correct 1st Edition  LAMINATED  sleeve by 'MacNeill Press' -Later sleeves were flat matt finish.

THIS IS IN TOP CONDITION WITH MINIMAL HANDLING.

The laminate gleams like glass and has only some very minor dull spots where there is the lightest of ring press.

No wear to the edges, and no feathering to report, there is the usual lamination fluff build up on theopen edge where the lamination stops short as it should.

A couple of tiny litle finger laminate creases on the front sleeve. There are a couple of little spider lines over the edges anof the spine front and back - and that is it!

The open edge remains in immaculate sharp condition with no real signs  of handling

The spine edge is totally unmarked and all legends are perfectly readable, super square. There is some very light laminate bubble on the front spine edge which is typical in pretty much all copies.

WE CLARIFY BY SAYING, THIS SLEEVE IS SIMPLY OUTSTANDING QUALITY.
