This is a Vinyl LP of the 1954 PETER PAN presentation by James M. Barrie featuring the original cast including MARY MARTIN/CYRIL RICHARD.  The Record itself has no signs of damage so it should play perfectly, however I have no means of testing it at this time -- I would say it's near mint.  The cover is 60 years old, but is in great condition, considering; No real damage or corner marks and the front is still quite colorful.  Label  : RCA Records / LOC 1019,  Format :12" Orthophonic LP.
