If your cleared payment is received before 16:00 UK time Monday to Friday I will endeavour to dispatch your item on that same day. Items paid for after 16:00 will be posted within 24 hours, with weekend and Bank Holiday purchases dispatched on the next working week day.

Certificates Of Posting are obtained for all dispatches, without exception, and copies can be emailed to buyers as proof of postage if requested.

P&P prices include both the Royal Mail fee and £0.80 towards my packaging costs.

This record will be sent in a new plastic sleeve and will be carefully packed WITH TWO CARDBOARD STIFFENERS and posted in strong, good quality cardboard packaging. Please try to recycle the packing cardboard if possible - it might just help to offset the damage done when it was originally manufactured. Alternatively, throw it away and set fire to a couple of old tyres.

I CAN ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ITEMS THAT MAY BE LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE POST

I always strongly recommend that you select the insured option for postage irrespective of the value of the contents. Naturally, I will happily provide buyers with any necessary paperwork in the event of them having to make a claim against Royal Mail, but if you do not select the insured option, and your parcel is damaged or goes missing in the post, then you will not be entitled to any compensation, it's that simple.

If you haven't done business with me before my name is ANDY HIBBERD. I am based in England and own a real, old-fashioned record shop called 101 COLLECTORS RECORDS in Farnham, on the Surrey/Hampshire borders, about one hour out of central London.

I am always happy to receive your Wants Lists, but I sometimes file them carefully under bits of paper, which are in turn under slightly larger pieces of paper, that aren't always where I thought I had left them. This could be blamed on incompetence on my part, but I prefer to blame it on the pixies that clearly infest my shop and move things about after I have gone home, the little bastards. However, I will do my very best to find what you want a) immediately, b) the day after you have found it elsewhere, or c) about a year after you have quite frankly lost the will to live.
