Fantastic super rare Sun Ra LP. Saturn 9954. Gold label, heavy vinyl. Side 1 - FG-9954-E. Side 2 - GH-9954-F. Condition: Sleeve EX++ only the slightest corner wear, I've shown photos of the worst edge wear, not split. Brilliant Sleeve, see photos. Vinyl EX- (I listened to it LOUD throughout). If your seriously looking at this you will be aware of the issues you get with 'Saturn pressings', it does have numerous tiny 'bubbles' which are not generally an audible problem but they do create a small number of light 'pop' sounds, (as distinct from the 'click' sound you would get from a scratch, which this DOES NOT have, otherwise it looks clean, just the light paper scuff type marks), most noticeable on tracks 1, 5 & 6, but I think it's not so bad as to interfere with listening pleasure, though if you want audio perfection it's best you move on, (and avoid all old Sun Ra pressings). I have shown a photo with a particularly harsh light on one such bubble to be as transparent with you as possible. I haven't sold any records in a while but if you search back through my ebay sell history towards the start you'll see I have sold RARE records and got top feedback. As a collector of fine rare records I would love to keep this album, it breaks my heart to sell it but I need the money to self publish a photography book. www.paulrjordan.com.
