Jacket is a solid VG++ to EX, it has no splits, it shows some moderate wear, signature & date on back on dead space and mild soiling, looks fine.
Disc is solid EX to M- too with just a couple of faint sleeve scuffs on a full glossy surface, plays really fine all through, nice clean labels.
