Zum Schutz vor 'seam splits' (seitliche Risse in den Hüllen, verursacht durch die scharfe Kante der Schallplatte) wird 10"- und 12"-Vinyl i.d.R. getrennt von Cover/bedruckter Innenhülle versandt. Hierfür wird grundsätzlich die Folie, sofern vorhanden, geöffnet; Boxen werden ausgepackt. Folie mit vorhandenen Stickern werden beigelegt.
