You are looking at a very rare limited edition Johnny Hodges Blues A-plenty 180g stereo reissue. Beautiful, sweet crisp sound. Very low pressing number: #0111. Looks like it was played once or twice.
Vinyl Condition: NM-. A little very faint sleeve scuffing. Need to hold under a bright light to even see. Vinyl surface smooth and glossy and close to new looking.
Label Condition: Crisp and clean
Outer Sleeve Condition: NM-. Glossy and clean with 2 or 3 minor, faint / tiny creases along the cover edge. Barely noticeable and small - you need to hold up to a bright light to even see.

Limited edition sticker is on the back of the record jacket, and the box set. In the 1990s, Classic Records reissued 10 Verve jazz titles in a limited edition numbered box set.

Album will be shipped in a thick-cardboard mailer-box with inner padding. Album is placed in a BCW Record polypropylene outer sleeve (12.75" x 13"). Inner record sleeve with album in it and the album cover are placed in the cardboard record mailer separately to avoid cover warping. I place all records in a poly-lined record inner sleeve before shipping to preserve their condition, in addition to giving you the original record sleeve if there was one.
