This is the Stones 1st album with the mega rare 2'52" demo cut of "Tell Me".
The matrix for this release is XARL-6272-1A signifying this rare withdrawn mix. The track is significantly different to all other issues of Tell Me especially the 4'06" version. I believe this is the only place in the world that this mix was released.

Other differences/mistakes on this record are the track "Mona" on side one instead of "I need you baby".
The credit of " Hurran/Calvert" for " Honest I do" instead of "Reed", the cover is correct (rare in itself).
The " Bozier" credit of "Can I get a witness" instead of "Dozier".

The condition of the record is Good+ to Very Good-. I have just replayed it and it plays very good with the usual slight crackle thru' the quieter moments. My ultra light tone arm did detect one groove jump on " Carol" which doesn't manifest itself on my other '60's player with a heavier tone arm. The are a few marks on the vinyl that are neither feelable nor hearable. The labels have a little wear around the spindle hole as can be seen in the pics but other than a small slightly unobtrusive name on side one they are really nice. The cover has some laminate creases and a little wear to the opening edge. It still shines nicely on the front and the rear unlaminated panel in a little grubby with a small watermark at the top together with same name written. This cover does not state "MacNeill Press on the rear.
