PRESSING:              1965 Original “FIRST” Pressing STEREO LP with the RARE “featuring SUBTERRANEAN HOMESICK BLUES” sticker affixed to upper right corner of the front cover and a “Demonstration – Not For Sale” red stamp on the back side of the cover!!

LABELS:                   Clean “Red” labels with “COLUMBIA” in white along top. “360 SOUND  STEREO  360 SOUND” in Black along bottom with “Arrows”.

COVER:                    Strong VG+

Comments:                Very clean glossy “pastedown” cover displays bright, vivid colors with No marks or writing, No seam splits, and No cut out marks, discount holes or bar codes. Light ring / corner wear and a slight crease in the lower right corner on the front side of the cover only are the only minor flaws and mentioned for accuracy. Very rare with the promotional sticker and the Demonstration stamp on the back!!

Comments:                “Thick” vinyl LP retains much of its original gloss with a few minor rubs and some minor insignificant faint hairlines (No scratches) seen under bright light from sliding in and out of the original inner sleeve. The album has been play tested and plays beautifully throughout the entire recording.

INNER SLEEVE:    LP comes with an older style “shades of grey” heavy paper inner sleeve used by COLUMBIA during the late fifties and early sixties, possibly because this album was a promotional release to the radio stations and never intended to be sold at retail?

Comments:                “First” pressing copies of this popular Bob Dylan release are extremely difficult to locate this nice, especially with the promotional sticker! LP features many classic early Bob Dylan songs including “Subterranean Homesick Blues”, “Love Minus Zero/No Limit”, “Gates Of Eden”, “It’s Alright, Ma (I’m Only Bleeding)”, and of course one of his biggest hits ever “Mr. Tambourine Man”!!

I am very conservative with my grading.  There is NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for multiple LPs won in the same auction cycle.  Payment is due within 72 hours of the end of the auction.  e-mail if you have any questions prior to placing a bid.  All of my LPs come with a protective poly album sleeve and will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard LP mailer, tightly wrapped in bubble wrap for added protection.
