Limited edition record given out to Ten Club members only as a Christmas present in 2003 never released in stores. Vinyl itself is in great condition Jacket has some creasing and edge wear and some light ring wear on the back side. (See photos) 

Tracks include: 1. Reach Down (Temple of the Dog cover track) 2. I Believe In Miracles (Ramones cover track).
