BOB DYLAN
LP x 2
At Carnegie Chapter Hall
DOUBLE RED VINYL
SEALED
180 GRAM Heavyweight audiophile DOUBLE RED VINYL pressing of the legendary 1961 LIVE Bob Dylan concert.
Recorded at Dylan's first non-coffeehouse concert in New York on 4th November 1961, held in the upstairs rehearsal room above the main Carnegie Hall with admission just $2 per person! The room, capable of holding 100 people, had an audience of just over 50 that night, and organiser Izzy Young reputedly lost money on the gig. That evening, he performed 22 songs; some of the performance was either not recorded or has since been lost. The material that survives is here on 180 Gram audiophile vinyl, offering a foretaste of the greatness to come.
