VG+ / VG Condition 
-the record has some residue near where you drop the needle
-might cause a couple light pops
-the sleeve has a crease on the top left corner
-the sleeve has heavy creasing on the left side and a split at the top
-a couple of other creases on the edge
-the inner sleeve has a small split at the bottom
